Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and pursue new business leads across industries.
  • Conduct client presentations and pitch tailored OOH advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging OOH formats
  • Provide insights to improve RS Concepts’ value proposition and campaign offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales materials

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and campaign briefs
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly sales reports

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Support post-campaign reviews and client feedback sessions

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with OOH formats (billboards, transit ads, digital screens) is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Preferred experience in Business Development for more than 1 year is advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
