Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business leads across industries.
- Conduct client presentations and pitch tailored OOH advertising solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging OOH formats
- Provide insights to improve RS Concepts’ value proposition and campaign offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales materials
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and campaign briefs
- Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly sales reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Support post-campaign reviews and client feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Familiarity with OOH formats (billboards, transit ads, digital screens) is an advantage but not necessary.
- Preferred experience in Business Development for more than 1 year is advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
