RS Concepts, Inc. and GMCAC started working together in 2014 backwhen there was only 1 terminal for domestic and itnernational flights. GMCAC was granted the 25-year concession to operate the airport by the Department of Transportation and in 2017 they built MCIA T2 to split domestic and international traffic. RSCI is now the exclusive concessionaire of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Terminal 1.
